{"id":10889,"date":"2015-01-14T15:34:37","date_gmt":"2015-01-14T12:34:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/beta.kreston.ro\/2020\/06\/13\/construction-tax-is-decreased-to-1\/"},"modified":"2020-06-13T22:04:36","modified_gmt":"2020-06-13T19:04:36","slug":"construction-tax-is-decreased-to-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kreston.ro\/en\/construction-tax-is-decreased-to-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Construction tax is decreased to 1%"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Law no. 11\/2015 approving Emergency Government Ordinance no. 102\/2013 amending Law no. 571\/2003 regarding the Fiscal Code, was published into Official Gazette no 24\/13.01.2015.<\/p>\n<p>The main provisions of the Ordinance are:<\/p>\n<p>Starting 2015, construction tax is reduced from 1.5% to 1% and it applies to the gross value of existing constructions in taxpayers patrimony on 31 December of the previous year, as evidenced in accounting on debit balance of construction accounts.<\/p>\n<p>Ordinance provides for a series of construction for which no tax is due including:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; buildings for which tax on buildings is due;<br \/>\n&#8211; works of reconstruction, modernization, consolidation, modification or extension of rented constructions, constructions under administration or use;<br \/>\n&#8211; value of constructions from subgroup 1.2.9 &#8220;Terraces on farmland, orchards and vineyards&#8221;<br \/>\n&#8211; the value of constructions located outside Romania state borders, etc.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Law no. 11\/2015 approving Emergency Government Ordinance no. 102\/2013 amending Law no. 571\/2003 regarding the Fiscal Code, was published into Official Gazette no 24\/13.01.2015.
