Negotiations must take place between 20 November and 20 December.<\/p>\n<p>Starting 1 July 2018, the value of the pension point increases by 10% and is 1,100 lei.<\/p>\n<p>In relation to privately managed pension funds, starting 1 January 2018, the contribution to the pension fund drops to 3.75% from 5.1% (the absolute value will remain unchanged).[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Emergency Ordinance no. 82\/2017 (OUG 82) for amending certain normative acts was published in the Official Gazette no. 902 \/ 16.11.2017.
