It represents a contravention and is punishable by a fine of between 1,000 lei to 2,000 lei establishing basic wages below the threshold provided above. I. We would like to inform you that the deadline for submitting tax returns for November 2014 and their payment deadline was set for 22 December 2014. Prior to this decision, the deadline was 19 December 2014. The decision was announced by a press release published by the Ministry of Finance, on 10 December 2014, on its website.
