Order no. 3001/2014 for amending President of the National Agency for Fiscal Administration Order no. 3582/2013 regarding the managing the medium sized taxpayers was published into Official Gazette no 733/07.10.2014 The Order provides that secondary offices of medium sized taxpayers are to be managed by the county fiscal administration and the General Directorate of Public Finance for Bucharest, by fiscal administration of medium sized taxpayers, as appropriate, in the jurisdiction where the taxpayer has established its domicile. Until now, secondary offices of medium sized taxpayers were managed by the fiscal administrations in whose jurisdiction the secondary offices were carrying out the activity. The Order entered into force at 7 October 2014.
