Government Decision no. 905/2017 regarding the General Ledger of employees was published in the Official Gazette no. 1005/19.12.2017. The 20 working days for Revisal reporting of salary changes has returned (previously salary changes had to be reported in Revisal before it came into effect). Any changes to the gross monthly salary, allowances, bonuses and other salary benefits as provided in the individual labor contract or, as the case may be, in the collective labor contract shall be submitted to Revisal within 20 working days from the date of the change. Exception!!! Any change of the above-mentioned salary data that occurs from 19 December 2017 (the date of entry into force of HG 905/2017) and until 31 March 2018 shall be transmitted in Revisal until 31 March 2018. The non-transmission by the employers of the salary changes within the term stipulated by the law shall be sanctioned with a fine from 5,000 lei to 8,000 lei.
