Order no. 1107/2020 to approve the updated template of the Personal Income Tax Return is now published. The Return will soon be available on ANAF portal. The Return has been updated to allow the calculation of the 10% bonus from the due tax. The deadline for filing this year’s Return has been extended until June 30, 2020. The Return is due to be submitted by individuals to declare income/losses in Romania and/or abroad for which income tax and compulsory social contributions are due.
