Minister of Public Finances Order no 35/2014 to amend Order no. 262/2007 for the approval of taxpayers registration forms, was published into Official Gazette no 36/16.01.2014 Order amends Form 010 “Statement of tax registration / Statement of specifications for legal entities, associations and other entities without legal personality”. The main amendment is the introduction in the fiscal vector of the construction tax that is due from 1 January 2014. Entities that owe the construction tax must submit Statement 010 until 30 January 2014.
