The order establishes the manner of granting the financial support (RON 2,500 for each employee in telework) and the categories of goods that can be purchased. The money from the state can be used to purchase: laptops / notebooks, tablets, smartphones, peripheral input and output equipment related to the aforementioned equipment, devices needed to connect to the Internet and licenses related to operating systems and applications software. In order to benefit from the financial aid, the employers must send by electronic means the following documents to the competent county employment agencies: • application signed and dated by the legal representative; • a statement on one’s own responsibility, given by the legal representative; • the list of teleworkers for whom the money is requested. Within ten days from the submission of all documents, the authorities will pay the amounts resulting from the calculations, in the order of submission of applications. Within 30 days of receiving the money, the employer must send to the authorities a series of supporting documents: • fiscal invoices issued by suppliers; • tax receipts or receipts or bank account statements; • evidence sheets of the materials (inventories) given for the use of the teleworkers. In case of non-compliance with the obligation to send the supporting documents, the employers will have to return, in maximum 30 days from the expiration date of the term for submitting the documents, the full amount granted.
