The law provides that employees are entitled to one day off for each dose of COVID-19 vaccine. The day off may be requested on a day other than the day on which the employee was actually given the dose of vaccine. The document based on which the day off is provides is represented by the vaccination certificate. Parents or legal representatives of children up to 18 years of age or of persons with disabilities up to 26 years of age, on the day of vaccination of the child, respectively of the person with disabilities, will also benefit from the day off.
