Order no. 2264/2016 for amending ANAF Order no. 3769/2015 for declaring deliveries / supplies and acquisitions made by VAT registered persons on the national territory (D394), was published into Official Gazette no 578/29.07.2016 The provisions of the Order shall apply to operations carried out on national territory, as follows: a)for the period 1 July 2016 – 30 September 2016, Statement 394 will be filled only for transactions carried out by taxable persons registered for VAT purposes in Romania and will be completed with information in cartridges A-C of Annex 1; b)as of 1 October 2016, Statement 394 will be filled for all operations on the national territory.
