Order no. 1876/2017 for the approval of the European unique identifier structure – EUID of the professionals registered with the Trade registry and for the form of the registration certificate with the Trade registry Order no. no. 1876/2017 for the approval of the European unique identifier structure – EUID of the professionals registered with the Trade registry and for the form of the registration certificate with the Trade registry was published in the Official Gazette no. 530/06.07.2017. The Order entered into force on 7 July 2017. The unique identifier structure at EU level – EUID is approved in the following format: <country code> <register id> < registration number with the Trade registry >, which is allocated to the integrated computer system of the National Trade Registry Office upon the registration in the Trade Registry. The unique identifier at European level will be used to identify individuals or legal persons registered in the Trade registry, including communication between the Trade registry of the Member States of the European Union through the interconnection system. Professionals registered in the Trade registry may request the issuance of a new registration certificate, including the unique – EUID.
