The Order approves the template and content of the Statement “Sworn statement for registration for VAT purposes, according to art. 316 par. (1) letter c) of the Law no. 227/2015 regarding the Fiscal Code, with subsequent amendments and completions”. The statement is submitted through electronic means. The sworn statement with the handwritten signatures of the administrators and associates has to be scanned, archived in a ZIP file and attached to the submitted PDF file. The registration could be obtained on the day of submission of the documents. Subsequent to filing the application the risk analyzes of the submitted documents will be carried out. If the statements are not accurate or do not reflect the reality, the company could be subject to an inspection carried out by the Antifraud Department.
